  • What is Samaste Wellness?
    At Samaste Wellness, we're all about helping you find balance and peace through a holistic approach. We offer public group yoga classes, personalized wellness sessions focusing on your unique goals, meditation, movement and mobility, stretching, mindfulness, and healing touch. We also host special yoga events and private group sessions tailored to your needs. All our sessions are designed with trauma-informed care principles to ensure you feel comfortable and secure.
  • Where can I find you?
    We’re located at 650 Wolcott St Waterbury, CT, 2nd FL of Norms Gym. For directions and more details, check out our website or give us a call. We offer online sessions, as well as sessions within your home or a private location. We’re here to meet you where you are!
  • What are your hours?
    Our hours vary based on our class and session schedules. Please check our online schedule or reach out to us directly to find a time that works for you.
  • What kind of yoga sessions do you offer?
    We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Join us for public group classes, private one-on-one sessions, or gather your friends for a private group event. We practice different styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Vin Yin, Gentle, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga.
  • What happens during a private wellness session?
    Our private wellness sessions are all about you. We’ll work together on goal setting, meditation, movement and mobility, stretching, mindfulness, and healing touch, depending on what you need most.
  • Can I book you for special events or private group sessions?
    Absolutely! We love creating custom wellness experiences for events like corporate wellness programs, bridal parties, birthdays, and more. Let’s plan something special together!
  • How do I book a session?
    Booking is easy! You can schedule your sessions and classes through our website, by calling us, or by emailing samastewellness@gmail.com
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    Life happens! We just ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel to avoid any charges. For group classes, please check our schedule for specific cancellation policies.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments through our website. Also accept cash, cashapp, zelle, and venmo. Simple and convenient!
  • How do you insure my safety?
    Your health and safety are our priorities. We keep our space clean and sanitized, follow all local health guidelines, and always practice trauma-informed care.
  • Can you refer me to providers?
    We can not "refer" but I can recommend. With our strong healthcare background and community connections, we can recommend various physicians, specialists, and services for your medical and mental health needs. Going through a hardship, we can also help you navigate the social services system to get you some assistance.
  • What should I bring to a yoga class?
    Just bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry—we’ve got them available for free!
  • Do you offer online sessions?
    Yes, we do! Join us virtually for classes and private sessions via video conferencing. Check our website for the online schedule and booking details.
  • How can I stay update to date on news and services?
    Stay in the loop by subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social media, or checking our website regularly for the latest news and special offers.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
